Airport Area West
A 40-acre site in CentrePort Canada, MMI’s Airport Area West project acquired these lands in Q3 2022 from a long-time partner of the company. The plan for the site is to sell a portion of the land once sewer and water are installed to reduce land input cost, with the remaining lands to be subdivided, rezoned, and furnished with off-site services. The strategy will close with the sale of these lots to an entity related to MMI or a third party within 5 years. Notably, all three levels of government committed to the sewer and water installation far ahead of schedule in Q4, 2022.
